*ENABLE/DISABLE USB PORTS TO KEEP YOUR LAPPIE SAFE*
BEWARE :- If your USB ports are open, anyone could secretly steal/copy all your important data, and imagine what the hell could happen if someone posts your personnel photos to internet.
So, i will show you a way to disable the USB ports so that no pendrives can be detected and hence your data can be safe and secure THAT TOO WITHOUT USING A SOFTWARE.
INSTRUCTION :-
STEP 1) Go to start -> run -> and type "regedit" and hit ENTER.
STEP 2) In the registry editor, at left side navigation pane, navigate to following location:
STEP 3) Now at the right side double click on Start.
STEP 4) To block USB ports, change the value data to 4.
STEP 5) If you want to unblock USB ports just navigate to the same location and change th value data to 3.
If you don’t want to bother tweaking registry then I’ve made a simple program to Block and Unblock USB device.
